Sheet-fed gift paper bag-making machine, automatic type is a machine that is used to produce paper handbags in an automated manner. It is designed to efficiently and quickly produce high-quality paper bags in various sizes and designs.

Design: 4pcs card pasting with top folding, square bottom with bottom card pasting
Our machine typically consists of a series of processes that include non-stop sheet feeding, top card pasting, top folding, tube gluing and forming, bottom folding, bottom card taking and pasting, bottom gluing and closing, and paper bag finally delivering.
The feeding process involves a large paper sheet pile loading. Normally the sheets are printed. It is die-cutting in advance. The printing can be customized to print logos, images, or any desired design on the paper. Some logos need to do a foil hot-stamping or cold-stamping process. The sheet may be film-laminated as well. All the above jobs need to be done before loading into our machine. After loading to the auto feeder, the feeder will suck and deliver the paper sheet into the top card pasting section.
For the top card pasting, we got 2 groups of card loading units. You could choose pasting 2pcs top card or 4pcs top card or just turn off this function. The card pasting position could be upper the top folding line or lower the top folding line. The pasting precision is ±1mm.
Next, the paper is automatically folded and formed into bags with the help of various folding and forming mechanisms and the servo drive system. The machine uses water glue or adhesive to seal the bag's bottom securely.
The bottom card loading with a long conveyor could make the operator no need to have to put new cards every 2-3 minutes as other factory machines do. We free the worker’s hand somehow.
Finally, the finished bags are stacked or collected in an automated conveyor system.

1.4pcs Top Card Pasting Machine
In the feeding unit, the paper sheets are loaded manually, and they are passed to the top card-pasting section by auto feeder. The suction nozzle takes the card and pastes it to the sheets one by one. Then the worker collects the sheets manually.
2. Paper bag tube folding machine
After top card pasting, the paper sheet is manually fed into the bag folding machine, where it is folded and shaped into the bag tube automatically. Then it will be delivered to the compaction table to secure the bag tube pasting firmly.
3. Paper bag bottom folding and gluing machine
Put the finished folding bag tube manually on the machine. Then delivery the bag tube into the bag bottom folding machine. It mainly folds square bottom type. The big cylinder could fold 3 bags in each circle. The cylinder rod adjustment is controlled by a servo motor. More worker-friendly.
4. Paper bag bottom card pasting and closing machine
Feed the flat-bottom paper bag into this machine. It will insert the bottom reinforced card automatically into the bags. The pasting glue could be water glue or hot-melt glue. The spray gun adopts servo motor control, which makes the pasting more firm. Then delivery to the compaction table to ensure the adhesive more stick between the paper surface.
Semi-automatic paper bag machines offer some advantages over manual production methods. They can produce a higher volume of bags compared to manual methods, while still allowing operators to have control over the bag-forming process. This flexibility allows for greater customization and the ability to meet specific customer requirements. Especially those high-end brand gift items paper bags making.

Oversized Bag Bottom Gluing Machine: Some super big paper bag bottoms or split bottom paper bags, can not do bottom gluing and pasting on our standard machine. Then you need this machine. Because the mold size is customized based on your paper bag size. One size one mould. You deserve one when all standard machines do not work for you.
Rope Threading Machines: The sheet-fed paper bag making machine makes the bags without a handle. Traditionally, the handle could be a nylon rope, silk ribbon, and so on. The factory threaded the rope manually in the old time. Thanks to the high technology development, the automatic rope hole threading machine was invented.
