Automatic Paper Bag Machine
Sheet-fed gift paper bag-making machine, automatic type is a machine that is used to produce paper handbags in an automated manner. It is designed to efficiently and quickly produce high-quality paper bags in various sizes and designs.

Design: 4pcs card pasting with top folding, square bottom with bottom card pasting
Our machine typically consists of a series of processes that include non-stop sheet feeding, top card pasting, top folding, tube gluing and forming, bottom folding, bottom card taking and pasting, bottom gluing and closing, and paper bag finally delivering.
The feeding process involves a large paper sheet pile loading. Normally the sheets are printed. It is die-cutting in advance. The printing can be customized to print logos, images, or any desired design on the paper. Some logos need to do a foil hot-stamping or cold-stamping process. The sheet may be film-laminated as well. All the above jobs need to be done before loading into our machine. After loading to the auto feeder, the feeder will suck and deliver the paper sheet into the top card pasting section.
For the top card pasting, we got 2 groups of card loading units. You could choose pasting 2pcs top card or 4pcs top card or just turn off this function. The card pasting position could be upper the top folding line or lower the top folding line. The pasting precision is ±1mm.
Next, the paper is automatically folded and formed into bags with the help of various folding and forming mechanisms and the servo drive system. The machine uses water glue or adhesive to seal the bag's bottom securely.
The bottom card loading with a long conveyor could make the operator no need to have to put new cards every 2-3 minutes as other factory machines do. We free the worker’s hand somehow.
Finally, the finished bags are stacked or collected in an automated conveyor system.
